The success of a craftsman is associated with the quality of his tools, and the same is true for business owners. Thankfully, we live in a time when anyone with a laptop and an internet connection can establish a business if they have the right tools.

So, we have compiled a list of the resources and software tools that we recommend for building and managing your business, which we and the startup community also use.

Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is an all-in-one management, collaboration, and communication software platform. You may use it to manage all of your files, projects, communications, tasks, and contacts in one place.

You can begin using the platform immediately after signing up and inviting your colleagues. Through the Activity Stream, all members of your team can track tasks and collaborate efficiently to advance the project. As an additional perk, you may access it via a mobile app for your Android or iOS device.

Trello

Trello is a collaboration platform that uses boards to organize your projects. With one glance, Trello reveals the status of a project, who is working on it, and how it’s progressing.

Almost all of Trello’s features are available for free when you sign up. It’s also a paid service, although most of the essential features are available for free. It is also available as a mobile application with the same features as the desktop version.

Canva

Canva is a platform for graphic design that aims to ease the digital design process. An account can be set up in a matter of minutes, and all of the features are accessible by a web browser or mobile app.

Canva has a wide variety of virtual templates that you may use to create your designs. Your photos and video can also be uploaded, which is great when using the application on a smartphone. Finished designs can be downloaded, shared via a variety of social media platforms, or sent to a print shop to be printed.

Mailchimp

Mailchimp is a marketing automation tool made specifically for businesses that want to reach their target audiences via email. You can send newsletters and automated emails, manage mailing lists, and generate customized email templates to grow your business. Mailchimp also includes email analytics. It is a good option for firms that are just getting started with email marketing.

Mailchimp also enables you to create an advertisement on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, design your landing pages and set up RSS-to-email campaigns (which send automatically whenever you update your website). The best feature of Mailchimp is segmentation, which means the ability to send a specific email to a specific group of individuals.

Grammarly

Grammarly is a cloud-based typing assistant that analyses your writing and highlights words, phrases, and sentences that need improvement or correction. To further increase the quality of your work, it also offers tips on how to improve your writing styles, such as improved word selection and sentence structuring.

Grammarly has become the go-to tool for proofreading and writing, even among journalists, as a result of its features, accessibility, user-friendliness, and professional-grade accuracy.

SEMrush

SEMrush is an all-inclusive software developed to assist businesses in optimizing their websites for enhanced organic search traffic. It enables you to conduct campaigns for SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), social media, and content marketing.

In addition, SEMrush gives you access to a wide range of keyword research tools at your disposal. With this information, you’ll be able to see what keywords your rival is employing and where they fall in the rankings. It provides a wealth of information on how you compare to the rest of the field. With this, you can make more informed judgments about the keywords to target for both your organic search and Google ad campaigns.

SEMrush makes it simple to learn and apply SEO, even if you have little or no prior knowledge or experience in the field.
